I have used a few ringtone makers before I found this app and iAm Ringer Lite - Ringtone Maker is The Best that I have ever used for this purpose! It is extremely easy and simple to use - just drag and drop a music file into the program, set the start and end point parameters, preview, and save. The great thing about this app is that it saves directly into iTunes - no unnecessary syncing required! Once the ringtone file is in iTunes, all you have to do is drag and drop to your mobile phone and voila! - you now have a custom ringtone. Within an hour of downloading this app, I had created about 15 ringtones - for Free!

I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy ringtone maker solution!
